Ingredients: iodized sea salt 49.2%, dried onions, sugar, garlic, black pepper, sweet red paprika, thyme, nutmeg, corn starch, coriander, marjoram, bay leaves.
May contain WHEAT FLOUR, CELERY, MILK, AND EGGS.
Preparation - for 1 kg of meat:
1. Cut the meat into pieces and sprinkle with the contents of the packet. If desired, drizzle with oil.
2. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.
3. Thread the meat pieces onto skewers or alternate meat pieces with vegetable pieces, such as onions, peppers, and zucchini. Cook on the grill or in the oven.
