Extra virgin olive oil, obtained solely from olives using mechanical means. "Carapelli" values the excellence and simplicity of olive oil. Our carefully produced first cold-pressed olive oil is sourced only from organic olive groves and blended using knowledge passed down through generations.
If the temperature is below 20°C, the olive oil may become cloudy; if below 10°C, white solid particles may form.
At 20°C, the olive oil will return to clarity. This does not affect quality.
